Sarah J. Cuff is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer. She coaches clients through personalized dietary programs designed to fuel them for success – reaching goals such as increased energy and weight loss, as well as better running performance through her Eat 2 Run Sports Nutrition platform –

Sarah began training clients at GoodLife Fitness in 2004. Educated at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and through CanFitPro (Canadian Fitness Professionals), Sarah also received a BA from the University of Ottawa.

Sarah is passionate about leading an active lifestyle. She has completed 14 marathons with a personal best of 3:33:24, as well as many half-marathons and shorter races over 11 years of running. She lives and trains with her husband in Vancouver, BC.
